Japan may give Russia sorbents to prevent sea pollution - Sputnik International

MOSCOW, December 2 (RIA Novosti) - Japan may provide Russia with sorbents to prevent the Seas of Okhotsk and Japan from being polluted with benzene after a toxic spill in China on November 13, the Russian Natural Resources Ministry said Friday.

"The sides discussed the possible consequences of the pollution of the Amur River, as well as the seas of Okhotsk and Japan, with benzene compounds," the news release said.
